Project Scope: Richer Poorer is an innovative clothing company that creates innerwear inspired by easy California living and exudes effortless LA style. In an effort to introduce their brand to the rest of the country, Richer Poorer tasked Kollider Industries with creating a guerilla marketing tool that would travel across the United States as part of their “Summer of Fun 2017” campaign. In partnership with Bagavagabonds, Kollider designed a mobile ball pit that functioned as the centerpiece of brand-aligned events and offered a unique experiential marketing tool incorporating social media as part of the experience.
The ball pit was crafted from steel and Plexiglas and built directly onto a trailer for ultimate transportability. In addition to the 30,000 play bit balls and a platform for jumping, the ball pit was designed to be self-sufficient and runs on its own auxiliary electrical system that powers nighttime LEDs, a PA system, and other electrical components, without the need for a generator. Encompassing the childhood enthusiasm that only a ball pit can provide, this activation is truly a party on wheels.
